Any details or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. This decision is based on the submitted Drawing No. C.3, C.4 & C.7, the physical stone, manufacturing details for the solar panels submitted on the 18th September 2025 and an email stating how the solar panels are to be installed submitted on the 17th October 2025. NOTE In the instance of the submitted Drawing No. C.3, C.4 & C.7, the physical stone, manufacturing details for the solar panels and additional email stating how the solar is to be installed, it is deemed sufficient and would be considered satisfactory for planning conditions 3, 4 and 7 of application 25/90522/B that the development shall be carried out as indicated on the approved drawings, documents or plans and retained as such thereafter.
