Rushen Parish Commissioners have considered the following planning applications in Rushen and their views are:-
a) 15/00572. The Cedars, 17 Odin's Way, Ballakillowey, Mr R Akitt. Erection of first floor extension over detached garage.
The Commissioners note that the proposal gives the impression of being living accommodation as it has a sink unit in the 'hobbies room' and a separate shower, hand basin and toilet room. However, they have no objections.
b) 15/00622. Kimmeragh, Ballafesson Road. Mr & Mrs D Fisher. Demolition of sunroom to the southwest elevation; erection of a single storey extension to the southwest elevation. No objections.
c) 15/00644. The Nook, Mill Road, Surby. Linda Hilton. Property to revert to normal residential use.
