RE: Application 1500618/Bravo – Bank’s Circus
We are writing in response to the above planning application. Please be advised that we own the Banks Circus Car Park, exactly adjacent to this development. The only concern that we have since there is no interference with our boundary, is the likely smells which will emanate from a still. Having spent much time on the Isle of Islay where stills are common place. I do know that unless extraction purification is correctly provided unpalatable smells can emanate. I suspect that as planning authority you have investigated this and will be instituting your own controls. Subject to that being correctly applied we would have no objection.
