INTRODUCTION
The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019, specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

The alteration to internal floor space does not drastically change the number of people that can be accommodated in the main space. These alterations are minor in the context of the entire proposal, and the intensity of the proposed use remains unchanged; therefore, the changes made can be considered minor.
