My objections regarding the increasing the car park. "Light Pollution" car park will extend towards my fields and in the direction of the farm house. It does not state if there is consideration. "Noise pollution". Cars / S4Vs / Horse Engine noise and car stereos disturbing my well-being, my livestock and wildlife in the area. "Dog Attacks". Year on year, livestock is attacked results in dead sheep and lambs, Sheep aborting lambs, income from loss of sales, dogs killed in field/put down. In effective signs "Trespassing". Year on year, trespassers are escorted off the land, as they short cuts over the land to the car park. Resulting in: damage to fencing as cost: livestock worrying. danger to the individuals as cows will protect their young. "Drainage." "natural drainage" will this be sufficient for the car park. Drainage from the car park will follow the gradient of the hill down towards my fields. "Litter" "Increase will bring vermin (birds and rats) Both will affect my business. Eating crops and attack livestock, litter blown in to the field a danger to livestock, with the risk of choking. "traffic" increase through the village (volumes and speed) no evidence of a study being undertaken to assess the impact. There has been an increase in the number of accidents around the Braaid area due to volumes and careless driving. Concern as I move livestock across the roads around the Braaid "Pollution (car)" Braaid and plantation. Fumes, Oil and fuel spillage affecting wildlife and land contamination "Bio Security". Increasing the risk of cross contamination by increasing the number of people using the plantation.
