Re: P.A. No. 15/00397/B - Installation of antenna on existing tree mast, installation of 1.8m satellite dish and installation of two wall mounted antennas - Tower Farm, Mountain Road, Maughold for Arqiva Limited

I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 20th May, 2015, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:-

• The existing tree masts must be maintained to a reasonable standard to ensure that the visual amenity is not adversely affected in an area of high scenic value.

I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
