The comment stated;
I live in Westville, the property immediately adjacent to the shared boundary line along which the proposed access road will run. I occupy a ground floor extension at the rear of the property (Westville) which is approximately 8m from the boundary hedge and proposed access road. The extension was built in 2010-2011 and is not shown on the map submitted with the planning application. As I have very limited mobility and am now mainly confined to my bed (I have MS), I spend most of my time in this room. As a result I am extremely concerned about both the noise and disruption during the construction phase and use of the access road for construction traffic. It will impact directly on my living environment having construction and then heavy construction vehicles passing directly past my main living accommodation. I am also concerned about the effect of the construction of the access road on the large, mature and established trees along the boundary hedge. The construction and use of the road by heavy vehicles could damage the roots of the trees and make them more vulnerable to future storm damage. Several of the trees also overhang the route of the proposed access road which would also necessitate major limbing of the trees which again could affect their long term viability. The new proposed entrance for the access road (currently a pedestrian gate/ access to the field) is near to 3 parking spots (2 of which are for the disabled) and a pedestrian crossing. The main road at this

point in St Johns is frequently used for on-road parking in the village by people attending events at the Parish and Methodist Church Halls during the day and evening. The use of this entrance for an access road would presumably necessitate the loss all these on-road parking spots. So I have concerns regarding the disruption the proposed access road would cause to traffic and existing parking in the centre of the village. Relationship to site: Immediately adjacent to the site
