This additional information received is deemed sufficient to warrant further circulation of the application. Therefore, in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(N02) Order 2013, the application will be included again in the planning application publication list dated 8th May 2015. It is also required that the amendment is advertised by way of a replacement site notice, for which I herewith enclose sufficient copies. If you are not the land owner/occupier you, or your agent on your behalf, must send a copy of the Notice to every owner and occupier of the land that is the subject of the application at your earliest convenience. In addition, the replacement laminated copy of the notice must replace that already issued and be fixed firmly to a building, other structure or object near the land that is the subject of the application, so that it is easily visible by members of the public from a public highway.
