Following consideration of the below applications, I can advise that Douglas Corporation have no objection to the proposals listed below except for Planning Application 15/00351/B Conversion of existing dwelling into five self-contained apartments, 18 Castlemona Avenue which will deferred to the Environmental Services Committee at its meeting on 18^{\text {th }} May 2015.
It should be noted that the above comments are made in relation to the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not imply approval or consent under any other relevant enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
