Following consideration of the below applications, I can advise that Douglas Corporation have no objection to the proposals listed below. However, for Planning Application 15/00302/B (temporary car parking) the Planning Officer responsible is requested to consider a condition about ensuring that the site is well presented during its use as a temporary car park as this is a primary route to the town centre.
It should be noted that the above comments are made in relation to the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not imply approval or consent under any other relevant enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
