Reason: In the interest of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the application site sits.
Rear elevation windows specification
For the avoidance of doubt, the windows to be installed to the rear elevation of Hollywood Cottage shall be formed of casement windows comprising 12 lights and with internal glazing bars. Reason: In the interest of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the application site sits.
No decorative horns
For the avoidance of doubt, none of the windows installed shall have decorative horns unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Department. Reason: In the interest of the character and appearance of the Conservation Area in which the application site sits.
