Materials approval
The roof replacement sheeting hereby approved (Steadmans AS35 Composite Roof Panel System or similar) shall be coloured/finished in a Merlin Grey colour as shown on drawing 02 and retained thereafter. Reason: In the interests of the character and appearance of the site and surrounding area.
