This decision relates to the submitted application for the discharge of conditions, a cover letter and a Preliminary Roost Assessment by Ecology Vannin which were submitted on the 15/12/2023. NOTE In this instance of the submitted an application for the discharge of conditions, a cover letter and a Preliminary Roost Assessment by Ecology Vannin and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the planning condition 7 of application 22/00682/REM with the understanding an additional check for bats will be carried out 24 hours prior to demolition.
