Time limit

Installation notification and 12-month limit
Prior to the installation of the temporary trailer mast, prior notification of the applicants installation date of the trailer shall be submitted to the Department and agreed in writing and shall remain in place for 12 months from that date. REASON: To ensure the proposal is in line with the temporary nature of the application.
