PLEASE SEE COVERING LETTER. THE PROPOSED AREA IS TO BE USED FOR THE PARKING UP OF FREIGHT HUB VEHICLES WHEN NOT IN USE, AND FOR THE STORAGE OF ANY ASSOCIATED MATERIALS PERTAINING TO THEIR MAINTENANCE.
