Proposed single garage and parking space in front of it are to be utilised by 'Fenella Villa" the dwelling also in ownership of the applicant. Parking apron to front of dwelling is an improvement over the existing situation, where high walls and vegetation obscure visibility. Existing garage can park 2No cars, plus 2 No on apron. All other dwellings in close proximity of the proposed dwelling along Peveril Road have parking which requires reversing off the main road.
