Dear Mr Harrison,

I am contacting you as agent for the planning application 15.00115 (extension to garden room at Ballavale Farmhouse). On the planning application it is indicated that the development is within 9m of a watercourse and DEFA fisheries would normally comment on such a development. However, the nature and position of the watercourse is not clear from the information that we have available. I would be very grateful if you could indicate the nature of the watercourse (e.g. ditch etc.) and its approximate position in relation to the proposed development.
