Re PA 15/00115 Extension to garden room at Ballavale

The documentation brought in to DEFA Fisheries by Mr Harrison in relation to this planning application has now been considered. I can confirm that there are no concerns from a fisheries perspective, given the nature of the ditches and the works planned. Good practice in terms of storage and disposal of building materials, away from any watercourse, should be carried out.
