The comment stated;
this application is to help with on street parking. it will remove atleast one probably two on street
parking places. to allow access to this property. this house has parking available to the rear of
the property, as well as to the front.
possible drainage issues to the house next door with run off. the space wanting to be used is
restrictive and would not be suitable for parking, certainly the number of cars that are in the
application. it will place cars to close to the house next door.
i believe that if granted the next application would be for a garage to be built, then possibly an
extentsion over that garage.
i do not believe that there are anything like the parking issues in the area that this application is
suggesting.
