Tel 01624 685950 The Tommy Clucas Memorial Fund C/o Neil Cain Close Cubbon Peel IM5 1NS TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013 In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE an application by The Tommy Clucas Memorial Fund, Ref 15/00025/C, for the Temporary change of use of clubhouse, sports hall and pitch to a camp site for TT Practice and Race Weeks including five days either side for erection and disassembling camp site, for three years commencing TT 2015 at Peel Football Club Douglas Road Peel Isle Of Man IM5 1LJ subject to compliance with the following condition(s): 1. The camp site may be available for use no earlier than three days before the first practice associated with the TT race event in any year and up to the day after the last race in that same year, and the camp site may be erected within five days before this and taken down within five days after this. This approval will expire five days after the last race of TT 2018. Reason: the application is for the use of the site for the TT period only and whilst provision should be made for setting up and dismantling the camp site, the site should not be used for camping outside those times reasonably associated with these race periods. 2. The campsite shall be restricted to tents. There shall be no motorhomes, trailer tents or caravans. Reason: in the interests of highway safety. 3. Prior to the use of the venue as a campsite the car and motorcycle areas shall be provided in accordance with drawing no PFC/TC/2/12A and retained free from obstruction for the duration of the campsite operation. Reason: to provide sufficient parking in the interests of highway safety. 4. The maximum number of pitches to be available for use shall be restricted to 100. Reason: In the interests of amenity. NOTE Note: it is recommended that the applicant carries out a survey of the parking use to support future applications. This approval relates to drawings PFC/TC/2/12, PFC/TC/2/12/A, PFC/TC/1/12, PFC/TC/3 and PAFC/1/97 all received on 14th January, 2015.

Tel 01624 685950 Guidance Note This decision was made by the Planning Committee in accordance with the authority delegated to it in the name of the Minister and/or in the name and on behalf of the Department. This permission refers only to that required under the The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No 2) Order 2013. Any appeal against this decision must be in accordance with the criteria set down in that instrument. Specifically, a valid appeal must be in writing, signed by the appellant, and submitted to the Department within 21 days of the date of this Notice. To further validate the appeal it must contain: · Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in an order made by the Department under Section 1(1) of the Fees and Duties Act 1989 (currently £150); · The reasons for making the appeal; and · An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation. An appeal form and guidance notes are available from either Planning & Building Control, Tel 685950, or to download from the Department’s website http://www.gov.im/categories/planning-and-building-control/planning-development- control/planning-appeals/how-to-appeal/ The proposed development must not be commenced until either; · The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or · Any appeal has been determined; Whichever is the later. If no appeal is lodged within 21 days of the date of issue overleaf, and this decision becomes final, the Department’s public reference copy (counter copy) of the planning application may be collected by the applicant or their agent from Murray House.
