Being the immediate neighbor of the applicant I would like to express my interest in the 'Application' principal for demolition of existing Commissioners Offices and replace with a residential development.
I would like the Council of Ministers to pay particular consideration to the following:
- Density of any future applications for residential developments.
- Parking
- Retention of public footpath from New Road to Lower Percell Hill.
