Neighbour at 113 Cronk Liauyr submitted multiple objections citing misleading fence height proposals, privacy issues, loss of light, overbearing impact, and conflict with prior planning conditions; Highway Services confirmed no highway interest.
Key concern: Misleading ground levels showing actual 3m fence height under guise of 2m, violating prior planning condition PA 19/00858/B
Highway Services HDC
No ObjectionHighway Services HDC has no interest (NHI) in: 23/00085/B; Highways Development Control notes the additions uploaded on 14 April 2023 and continues to apply no highway interest to this proposal.

ObjectionAsking for a fence height increase and boarding from 2.0m to 3.0m under the guise of a 2M fence application is clearly wrong and misleading; There is a recent planning condition (19/00858/B ) attached to the boundary fence of 111/113 regarding a permanent fence in form and height; I do object to altering the form and height by removing parts or attaching items to the existing fence; Any height increase would create a dark tunnel effect on both sides of the fence
Resident of 113 Cronk Liauyr
ObjectionNo agreement was reached on a suitable compromise to change the existing fence, or vary the conditions already connected to it; Any new increased height fence or other structure placed between the adjoining properties would pose an increased overbearing concern; There will always be overlooking between the properties above the fence line as my property sits on a higher site and planning have already accepted this multiple times
Conditions requested: Future conditions interpreting 'datum’s' and what 'the boundary fence height consists off' (posts, panels, fireboards, tanks and all planting or structures within 2M of the fence near buildings)

ObjectionThe new elevation drawing supplied for the application recently does not indicate the ground level on the applicant’s property, but on a steps leading to a doorway on the property next door and at a new height of 3M (2910mm). This is a false record; The planning decision PA 19/00858/B for neighbour at 113 was first PERMITTED and secondly APPROVED at Appeal and considered all the relevant facts linked to the buildings, the fence, overlooking and all the related issues raised. Nothing has materially changed
