6. REFUSE COLLECTION

A brief consultation has taken place with the Borough of Douglas Refuse Collection Service. The existing properties off Falcon Cliff Terrace Lane (no through road) are serviced by the refuse vehicle reversing into Falcon Cliff Terrace Lane from Falcon Cliff Terrace. This proposal does not affect this method which will be retained and the new development would be similarly served. The development incorporates a ‘wheelie bin’ collection area within the site curtilage at the edge of the footpath for direct access by the Borough of Douglas Refuse Collectors.
