In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, the Hon P A Gawne MHK, does hereby APPROVE planning application 14/00256/B by Mr Keith Sabey for Installation of replacement windows to front elevation, The Cushag, 10 Shore Road, Laxey, subject to the following conditions:
- The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure)(No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
- The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in full accordance with the 1:1250 location plan and the plans and photographs entitled Page Ref 2, Page Ref 3 and Page Ref 4 all received on 4 March 2014.
Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
- Before development commences, a copy of the manufacturer’s full details of the type of windows to be installed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority. The windows shall be installed in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the residential character and amenities of the area. Date of issue: 13th May 2013 By Order of the Minister
