General Policy 2
GP2 permits development in accordance with land use zoning provided it respects site surroundings in siting, layout, scale, form, design, landscaping; does not adversely affect surrounding landscape/townscape character; and does not adversely affect local residents' amenity or locality character. The officer tested the conservatory replacement against these criteria, finding it acceptable due to non-visibility publicly, minimal neighbour impact from level differences and existing structure, and no public house amenity harm.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
