General Policy 2
General Policy 2 requires development to respect the character and amenity of the area. The officer assessed the uPVC door against the Victorian street scene but found it acceptable due to existing uPVC on neighbouring properties and prior approval for uPVC windows at the site. No tension arose as the modest scale and location ensured no adverse impacts.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
