Amphitheatre usage statement
Prior to the commencement of works there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority a statement of usage for the amphitheatre outlining times and frequency of usage and arrangements for transportation and parking and the amphitheatre may only be used thereafter in accordance with this statement.

No approval is hereby granted or implied to any importation or exportation of material in association with the approved works unless authorised by the Planning Authority.
