General Policy 2
GP2 requires developments to respect appearance, character, compatibility with locality, and highway safety. Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice.
Approved drawings
The development hereby approved shall not be carried out except in full accordance with Drawing 01 REV 2 date stamped 11 December 2013.
Pedestrian passage
A minimum unobstructed width of 4.0 m shall be retained at all times between the front edge of the barrier and the building opposite.
Seating containment
The external seating area shall be completely contained within the demarcated area and must be contained within an approved barrier.
No longer opposes subject to a condition requiring a 4.0 m pedestrian passage be kept free of obstruction
