In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure determined to APPROVE a planning application by Mr Peter John Lowe & Mrs Julie Lowe, Ref 13/91054/B, for the installation of additional flue at Hazlewood House Ballaragh Road Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7PH subject to compliance with the following condition(s):
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The approval hereby made relates to the Location Plan, the Site Plan, and the Elevations Drawing (coded L28H13A), all date-stamped 5th September 2013.
> NOTE The applicant is advised that the Planning situation regarding Hazelwood House is somewhat confused in relation to the historic approvals on the site and the flues that appear to be in situ. A planning application to regularise the locations of the various flues is one potential solution to this circumstance.
