Residential Policy 1 of Laxey and Lonan Area Plan Order 2005
Policy permits residential development in designated residential areas and alterations/extensions to existing properties if sympathetic to character and appearance. The site is in a predominantly residential area under this plan, and the replacement dwelling as an amendment to a prior approval respects the residential character.
