Housing Policy 15
Housing Policy 15 states that the extension or alteration of existing traditionally styled properties in the countryside will normally only be approved where these respect the proportion, form and appearance of the existing property, with extensions exceeding 50% of existing floor space only exceptionally permitted. The officer assessed the proposal against this policy, concluding that the modest extension respects the approved development's scale and form, is not visible externally, and thus accords with the policy provisions.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
