Environment Policy 35
Requires that within Conservation Areas, development must preserve or enhance the character or appearance of the Area and protect special features. The officer assessed that restoring the original sliding sash opening method would enhance the character of the Peel Conservation Area despite uPVC material.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
