ON APPEAL: 10/133/REM - Mr A & Mrs A Kermode - Reserved matters application for erection of a dwelling on Land Opposite Ballachree Cottage, Churchilltown, Ramsey

I refer to the recent appeal in respect of the above planning application. In accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005, I am enclosing herewith a copy of the report of the person appointed to consider this appeal.

The Minister has considered the report, concurs with the appointed person's conclusions, and accepts the recommendation that the appeal should be allowed. Accordingly, he has directed that the Planning Committee's decision to refuse the application should be reversed, and that the application should be approved subject to the two conditions referred to in paragraph 27 of the report. Formal notice of this decision is attached.

THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) ORDER 2005

TO: Mr A & Mrs A Kermode, Ballachree, Churchtown, Ramsey [Copies as per Circulation List]

In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the MINISTER for Infrastructure, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr A & Mrs A Kermode - Reserved matters application for erection of a dwelling on Land Opposite Ballachree Cottage, Churchtown, Ramsey subject to compliance with the following conditions:-

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This permission relates to the reserved matters application for the erection of a dwelling, as shown on drawings 1145-16,1145-18,1145-19,1145-20,1145-21, and 1145-22, received 2^{\text {nd }} November 2010.
