In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 1st December 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the location plan and drawing no.s JTM0002-P-10-01, JTM0002-P-10-02 and JTM0002-P-10-03 date stamped the 26th August 2010 and drawing no. JTM0002-C-10-05 rev. A date stamped the 13th October 2010.
- Prior to the occupation of the extension hereby approved the hardstanding and on-site parking provision shall be set out and constructed in accordance with drawing no. JTM0002-C-10-05 rev. A date stamped the 13th October 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
