Dear Jo, 10/1556 Retention of murals on roadside wall, Star Wash, South Quay, Douglas.

This cannot be all that intrusive, as I have to confess to never having noticed it even though we travel this route quite frequently!

It would appear to brighten-up a rather dingy part of the town and although one would not want to encourage too much of this sort of thing, I think it could well remain, preferably on a temporary permission so as to ensure it doesn't deteriorate too much.
