1.00 Brief Planning History
1.01 An approval in principle No. 00/01536/A (On review) was granted on 03.04 .2001 for a replacement dwelling and creation of a new access. The approval was for a period of 2 years; this was subsequently extended for a further year to 03.042004. 1.02 An approval in detail No. 04/00608/B was subsequently approved on 19.11.2004 for a period of 4 years, again this was extended for a period of 2 years at my client's request, for a period of 4 years to 19.11 .10 .
2.00 Current Application
2.01 It is clear from the above that commencing this project has been delayed and this is largely due to major health problems which my client is expecting a positive clearance early in the New Year. (A copy of a letter referring to these health problems is included within the application.) 2.02 The date however goes beyond the current approval period and therefore the present application is to regularise the position, and give adequate time to complete this project which will be largely managed by my client. 2.03 The current application is exactly as the approval of 19.11.2004. The access etc. is also exactly as shown on the original approval. 2.04 Note has been made of the original conditions of approval i.e.

3.00 Summary
3.01 Commencement has been unavoidably detained. 3.02 The current application is exactly as previously approved. 3.03 There has been no material change to the designation of the land.
