Mr I D Rae 65 Lezayre Park Ramsey IM8 2PT
In pursuance of his powers under the above Act and Order, the Minister for Infrastructure, does hereby REFUSE planning application 12/01569/B by Mr Ian Duncan Rae for Erection of an aerial to dwelling (retrospective), 65 Lezayre Park, Ramsey, IM8 2PT (appeal by Mrs Susan Anne Kinrade) for the following reason(s):
- The proposal is contrary to General Policy 2(c) and 2(g) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan 2007 in that by virtue of its design, height and dimensions, the proposed aerial would be a visually intrusive feature which would cause significant harm to the character and appearance of the street scene and also to the amenity of the occupier of 63 Lezayre Park, in terms of impact on outlook.
