Maughold Parish Commissioners held a meeting to consider planning issues on Monday 6th September 2010. Please accept the following comments on the applications below:

10/01077/B Margher e Kew, Hibernia, Conversion of existing outbuilding into dwelling; Mr & Mrs Peter Callow. The Commission has no concerns to record with these proposals.

10/01125/B Ain Chea, Corony Bridge, alterations and extensions to dwelling; mr & Mrs Alan Potts. The Commission has no concerns to record with these proposals.

10/01129/B Margher e Kew, Hibernia, Alterations to existing field access; Mr & Mrs Peter Callow Road safety aspect leave to DOT The Commission are advised that several road accidents have occurred in the vicinity of this location in recent years. However they defer judgement of these issues to the relevant officers at the Highways Division.

10/01169/B Ballellin Farm, Alterations erection of a porch and installation of replacement windows; Mr Robert W Quayle. The Commission has no concerns to record with these proposals.
