Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use of existing shop and living accommodation to offices, Country Cookers and Stoves (Aka The Old Post Office), Main Road, Kirk Michael as shown by 05/2219/5F received 13th August 2010 and 05/2219/6F received 27th August 2010.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
