The two proposed front pillars shall be constructed no higher than one metre in height in order to achieve the best possible visibility.

No ObjectionRamsey Town Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting on Wednesday 19th December, 2012 and have no objection to the proposal.
Conditions requested: The proposed dwelling must be connected to the public sewer(s) in a manner acceptable to the Isle of Man Water and Sewerage Authority.
