Planning Approval Decision Notice
The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mrs Doreen Warrilow Proposal: Erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings at: Plot Of Land Adjacent To 54 Glenfaba Road Peel Isle Of Man
which was considered on 23rd September 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a pair of semi-detached dwellings on land adjacent to 54 Glenfaba Road, Peel as shown by the Location Plan, drawings 10/2320/01 and 10/2320/02 and the Traffic Survey all received 7th July 2010.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- All windows must be sliding sash as shown by approved drawing 10/2320/02.
- The front doors of the approved dwellings must be of timber construction and must be designed as shown by approved drawing 10/2320/02 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Planning Authority.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
