Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the erection of a detached garage with office/storage above, The Elms, Main Road, Glen Vine, Marown as shown by 096PL-07, 096PL-08 and 096PL-09 all received 9th July 2010.
- The approved office/store must remain incidental to the use and enjoyment of the property The Elms demarcated in red on 096PL-09 and may not be used commercially.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
