In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The replacement of the original timber front door and surround with a uPVC door and surround would represent the loss of a special feature that contributes to the character of the conservation area and would fail to either preserve or enhance the property, the streetsce ne or the wider area recognised as being of special interest.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
