In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th October 2010, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the use of the redundant medical centre as office accommodation as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02, 03, 04 and 05 date stamped 15th July 2010.
- The use hereby permitted shall be taken up only by the Department of Health or any other Government Department.
- The use hereby permitted shall not be commenced until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
- No facing material shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
