Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The creation of track with timber walkway constitutes development that is contrary to the provisions of General Policy 3 and Environment Policy 1 which seek to protect the countryside for its own sake and no satisfactory justification has been provided that override this consideration.
- The proposal does not demonstrate how access to the track is to be achieved from the highway without detriment to safety of the track or other highway users.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
