General Policy 6
Policy permits external advertisements in towns and villages if they are high standard design relating well to building/site, in keeping with surroundings, and no highway hazard. Officer tested the small fascia sign's design (aluminium/acrylic), similarity to existing signage, location in mixed-use zone with prevalent signage, and confirmed no safety issues, finding full compliance.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
