Officer Conditions Recommendation

If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice: a. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. b. This approval relates to the erection of a detached garage as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing J/661/1 all received on 7th May 2010. c. The proposed garage may be used only in association with the main dwelling house "Palm Court" and for purposes incidental to the use of main dwelling house "Palm Court" as a single dwelling and for no commercial purposes.
