Rushen Parish Commissioners have considered the following planning applications and their views are:-
a) 10/0688. Converted barn at Robin Hill Farm, Cronk-y-Dhooney, Ballakilpheric. Mr & Mrs G MacQuillan. Replacement of timber doors and windows in converted barn to white uPVC double-glazed units.
No objections.
b) 10/0731. Kirkle Farm, Ballakillowey. Mr R Tilliard. Erection of a new conservatory to the existing dwelling house.
No objections.
c) 10/0618. Motorlands Garage Site, Shore Road. Bonville Finance Ltd. Amended Plans received. (will not be re-advertised). Plans showing obscured glass to second floor windows in the rear (north) elevation only. (note – copy sent to Mr Veradi, Mount Gawne Road).
Rushen Commissioners have objected to both of the previous application and they therefore object to this amendment.
d) 10/0775. Glendown House, Truggan Road. Mrs D Clague. Window enlargement on gable.
No objections.
e) 10/0846. Mull House, Bay Mount, Port Erin. Mr A Ellis. Proposed raising of gable, new glazed window and replacement balustrade.
No objections.
