In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8th March 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of two dwellings as shown in drawing numbers P-01, P-02 and P-03 Rev A date stamped 6th January 2011.
- The windows to be formed at the first floor level in the north west facing elevation of the proposed dwelling shall only be glazed or re-glazed with obscure glass.
- Before the development hereby permitted commences on the site, a soil survey of the former plot of No.15 Orry Street shall be undertaken and the results provided to the Planning Authority. The survey shall be taken at such points and to such depth as the Planning Authority may stipulate. A scheme for decontamination of the site shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority in writing and the scheme as
approved shall be fully implemented and completed before the dwellinghouse hereby permitted is first occupied.
- The roof(s) must be finished in natural slate or a high quality imitation slate which must be approved by the Planning Authority PRIOR to the commencement of works.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
