Item For Delegated Consideration TO: Jennifer Chance, Development Control Manager FROM: Laura Davy, Assistant Planner DATE: 10th July 2013 Re: PA 10/00566/B Re roofing works and installation of roof lights, 16 Alexander Drive, Douglas. The Development Control Manager is requested to consider submissions made in relation to condition 3 of the above approved planning application. Condition no. 3 states: "Prior to the commencement of building works a sample of the roof tiles must be approved by the Planning Authority" The works described above have already been carried out, the slates were recycled and the shortfall was made up using similar slates. Whilst a sample was not submitted to the Planning Authority the works are considered to be acceptable.
